Dance Dialogue Tornado Watch

Today was “moving day”.  We have been here in Milton, across the bay from Pensacola, for a month now.  Bob spent most of yesterday preparing.  We were expecting rain and wanted to avoid packing up during a down pour.  Our morning routine has evolved into
watching Morning Express with Robin Meade or Mike and Mike while we sip our coffee and wake up slowly.  Imagine our surprise when we they announce a tornado watch in effect in Biloxi!  Bob and I look at each other and realize that’s directly on our route to New Orleans!  We quickly decide to postpone “moving day” for a day. Luckily our site was available. We felt like we spent the day waiting.  Waiting to leave , waiting for rain.  It never did rain.  Weird, as weather tends to be, the system stayed just to our west.

We took this picture yesterday for David Ferrell who is writing a short feature article about us for SecondAct Magazine. We receive daily Workamper Hotline emails now after subscribing to Workamper News.  The hotline contains several job listings for people interested in working while RVing.  They also slip in other notices and updates, such as the one about Dave’s hunt for a couple who's taking an extended road trip to see America. His wish list included: Age 40-60 years old, previously worked but left behind full-time employment, planning to be on the road for a year or more, already traveled and has travel memories to share.  We matched up perfectly! The article is due out sometime next month.  If it’s any good (ha) I’ll share it with you!!!

I spent a few hours playing with Photoshop Elements to give the picture the above effects.  Hope you like it!
Happy Spring everyone!
Kim (and Bob)
